ORDERING FROM US You are deemed to place an order with us by ordering via our Paypal checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. Paypal will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. Our acceptance of an order takes place when we despatch the order. We will send you a despatch confirmation by email. When we despatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order. We will make every effort to ensure the products we supply are of the highest quality, reach you in good condition and are delivered promptly. AVAILABILITY OF GOODS The Rumique.com website is updated on a daily basis with our latest collections and most of the items you see on our web site are in stock and ready to ship at the time of the order. However, some orders and special offers are subject to availability. This is because we stock over 100 items and it is very difficult to keep every item in stock at all times. We are sometimes dependent on our own suppliers to deliver stock. Also, due to the exclusive type of products we sell, some products are made to order and require up to 3-4 weeks to ship out. If this is the case, time required is specified within the product information page. in all cases, we will always try to inform you if an item is not in stock at the time when you place your order. PAYMENT Rumique uses Protx for financial transactions. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the Protx VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from Protx are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Rumique also uses PayPal for financial transactions. Credit and debit cards payments made via PayPal is on a secure server with a minimum of SSL/128-bit encryption. If you do not want to open a PayPal account, you do not have to because PayPal can still accept your credit or debit card payments.  PRICING POLICY At Rumique.com, we're committed to making sure you always receive the best value on every purchase you make. Our prices are 35% to 50% LOWER than many other retail prices. The fact of dealing directly with the manufacturer allows us to offer you the most competitive possible local prices. All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the current rates. We reserve the right to express the price exclusive of VAT. Where we charge separately for packing, carriage and insurance and other relevant charges, the appropriate rates are set out in our specified pricing structure shown elsewhere on this Website. Our prices are reviewed periodically. PLEASE NOTE: Only one discount, coupon or promotional offer can be applied per order. CANCELLATION AND RETURNS POLICY All merchandise sold by Rumique.com come from the finest Italian manufacturers and are guaranteed to be genuine, in new condition and inspected by a very careful quality control. All products offered by Rumique.com are protected by a 14 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and you wish to cancel your order, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for: • a full refund of the purchase price • a product exchange You can notify us by emailing info@rumique.com or calling +44 (020)86599003 to cancel your order before we have dispatched the goods or to arrange a return where goods have already been dispatched to you. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by us. However, the item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at 50% off or more the original price are final sales. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Rumique will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or an exchange credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Rumique has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Rumique. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
