All products offered by Rumique.com are protected by a 14 Day Full Satisfaction Policy which guarantees a full refund or product exchange if in unused conditions. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased and you wish to cancel your order, you may return the item within 14 days of delivery for: • a full refund of the purchase price • a product exchange You can notify us by emailing info@rumique.com or calling +44 (020)73583960 to cancel your order before we have dispatched the goods or to arrange a return where goods have already been dispatched to you. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by us. However, the item must be returned in new and unused condition, in the original boxes and with all paperwork (this includes warranties), parts and accessories to insure full credit. "New and unused" means that there are no scratches, marks, or blemishes on the item; there are no signs of wear on the product, the tags, or the case; and the product must not have been sized or altered in any way. We cannot accept a return of any item with any indication that it has been used. Certain individual products are ineligible for return, as noted on the website pages displaying those products. Items offered at 50% off or more the original price are final sales. Damaged or Defective Items If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact our Customer Service immediately (within 48 hours from delivery). Please supply your order number from your original confirmation e-mail. We will also need your e-mail address and phone number. Rumique will make every reasonable effort to replace the item in a timely manner. If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order and contact our Customer Service immediately. Please have your order number available when you contact Customer Service. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or an exchange credit, at your option. If you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when Rumique has received and processed your return. Typically, within 7-10 business days after the item is delivered back to Rumique. Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid or an exchange credit as required.
